We are excited to announce that the Salary Cap Expert for Basketball Insiders Eric Pincus, has confirmed to speak at the 2016 Sports Business Classroom (SBC) in Las Vegas!
The SBC is an innovative educational program that will give attendees the opportunity to train and interact with top executives while performing real work in the following disciplines: team video, scouting and analytics; social media & public relations; broadcast production and distribution; and the league salary cap.
SBC Speaker Bio: Eric Pincus – Salary Cap Expert – Basketball Insiders
Eric is a Salary Cap expert and capologist, currently covering the league for Basketball Insiders. Before becoming a Senior NBA Writer for Basketball Insiders, he wrote for Lakers Now in the Los Angeles Times and was also a Senior NBA Writer for HOOPSWORLD.
Pincus went to UCLA and is a member of the Professional Basketball Writers Association. Apart from covering basketball, he is also the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Bob Gail Special Events, an event production company and prop house in Los Angeles. His responsibilities include developing software while managing IT and finances.

Taking place July 8 – 13 during the Summer League in Las Vegas, the Sports Business Classroom is a one-of-a-kind educational and training initiative that will focus on the business of basketball and league salary cap.
The program will give attendees the opportunity to train and interact with top executives while performing real work in the following disciplines: team video, scouting and analytics; social media & public relations; broadcast production and distribution; and the league salary cap.
Top performers from the Sports Business Classroom will be offered internship opportunities at next year’s Summer League.
